The current release date is the 25th of May (subject to change)

• The Sims 3: High End Loft/Hi Tech Design Stuff
• The Sims 3: Fast Lane Stuff
• The Sims 3: Outdoor Living Stuff

This expansion is not official and EA does not endorse it!

It includes:

• New Clothes, Hair Colors and Patterns
• New Lots including a Consignment Store, Salon and Houses
• A new World/Neighborhood "Jacob's Creek" to explore
• Socialize with new pre-made neighbors
• New Songs for your Sims to enjoy
